Access Learning Academy was started in 2026 by Serena Biddulph with the goal of offering Arizona students options for in-person and virtual learning opportunities to fit their needs.
Serena has a Masters in Education and is licensed in both Arizona and Utah.

Access Learning Academy offers competitive tuition rates to ensure quality education is accessible to all families. We accept Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) payments for tuition, making it easier for families to invest in their children’s education.
